✨ You’re Invited: Abolition Summit 2025 ✨

August 14–16 | Denver, CO | Hosted by Safe Places for Women

An important note as we begin:
All are exuberantly welcome. Whether you’re deeply rooted in your faith, exploring your spirituality, or simply passionate about justice and connection—this space is for you.

And—we want you to know that the spiritual foundation of this particular gathering is centered on Jesus. On the Seeds of Exchange side, this offering is part of what we call our ROOTED Branch. (See what we did there? ) More on this at the end of the post, where we share how we navigate spirituality and inclusivity at Seeds.

We are beyond excited to spread the word—and even more, to attend with as many of you as possible—the Abolition Summit 2025, hosted by our beloved friends Ked and Michelle Frank, founders of Safe Places for Women, who are also our current Seeds fundraising partners (until the end of this month). More here.

This is more than an event. It’s a sacred gathering where we come together to learn, grow, connect, and be ignited—to light up the world, together.

What is the Abolition Summit?

For over a decade, this powerful gathering has served as a catalyst for transformation in the anti-trafficking movement. From 2012–2016, it inspired new ministries, mobilized advocates, and created community across the globe. After relaunching in 2024, the Summit returns with renewed vision and purpose—offering space to worship, connect, and strengthen the spiritual foundation needed for this vital work.

Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just beginning to explore this calling, this is a space for you.

Who Is It For?

  • Ministry and nonprofit leaders

  • Church teams and pastoral staff

  • Anti-trafficking advocates and volunteers

  • Social workers and care providers

  • Anyone sensing a call to justice and freedom

If your heart is stirring—this Summit is crafted for you.

You are invited to an evening of soul-deep connection the night before the Abolition Summit kicks off. This is a sacred space for speakers, out-of-town guests, volunteers, and prayer team women to gather, share, and pray together.

Let’s pause before the beautiful busyness begins—around the table, in the Spirit, and with one another. Expect a cozy dinner, meaningful sharing, and powerful prayer as we prepare our hearts and open the way for God to move in mighty ways during the Summit.

️ Dinner will be simple and nourishing—salad + sourdough. You’re welcome (but not expected!) to bring salad topper(s), non-alcoholic drink, or sweet treat to share.

Come as you are. Bring your full heart. This is a night to BE—seen, encouraged, and rooted in Jesus, together.

Please RSVP by August 10 so we can plan well!

Why We’re Going

Our passion for this work is deeply personal. It’s fueled by our book project, No Longer Untouchable: A Story of Human Trafficking, Heroism, and Hope. Watch this 5 minute short film about this project on our YouTube channel or check it out on Amazon, Bookshop.org, or our Seeds Shop. It’s woven into the heart of our Seeds community, our prayers, and our partnerships. And it’s why we’re honored to stand alongside Safe Places for Women at this powerful gathering.

A Note on Spirituality & Inclusivity

At Seeds of Exchange, all walks of life, spiritual traditions, and paths are welcome. This is a space for seekers, story-lovers, the curious, the questioning, and those who long to live more deeply and connectedly.

To help you choose your own adventure with clarity and intention, you’ll notice that some offerings—books, conferences, or classes—are marked “ROOTED in Jesus.” These experiences are anchored in the life, love, and teachings of Jesus. If that’s the path you’re on or drawn toward, you’ll find a rich and welcoming space to explore and grow.

Other offerings may not be tied to any specific faith tradition but instead explore the shared threads of what it means to be human: love, purpose, justice, wonder, and belonging.

Wherever you are on the journey—you belong here.

Together, with Jesus. Together, for good.
A Branch of Seeds of Exchange.

Come with us. Come as you are.
Let’s step into the story of justice, love, and liberation—together.
