What Is It?
Bring your work, your wonder, and your whole self. This is a gentle, soul-forward co-creating +/or working day where we make space to focus, create, and connect in community. Come for quiet momentum, a spark of inspiration, and the steady kindness of sitting side-by-side with others who are building good things.
Each gathering is designed to provide space to BE still and catch your breath, inspire action and nurture belonging.
Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Flow
Come as you are — and bring your work, your dreams, your presence. Stay for as little or as long as serves you.
(Although, we think you’ll enJOY the whole dang day … so come at the beginning just in case you don’t want to leave!)
- Come early, if you’d like
- Drop in on your lunch hour
- Stay for the morning, afternoon, or the whole day
Rhythm of the day:
- 9:30 — Come early, for extra time to settle in (in silence and community)
- 10:00 — Arrive & settle (tea/coffee, hellos, set your intention)
- 10:10 — Opening Place of Pause (PoP)
- 10:20-11:00 — Inspiration sesh: enCOURAGEment/art/quote, + what you’re here to work on/create around
- 11:00–12:30 — Focus block #1 (heads-down creation + work; quiet space with soft music)
- 12:30–1:30 — Lunch* (share food, stretch, swap ideas, connect, stroll ‘round the block)
- 1:30–3:00 — Focus block #2 (co-creating +/or working; quiet space with soft music)
- 3:10 — Closing Place of Pause (PoP)
- 3:20-4:00 — Afterglow**: LOVED / LEARNED + a simple blessing
(Feel free to slip in/out as needed. You’ll be welcomed, not fussed over.)
*Lunch (12:30–1:30 PM)
If you can’t come for anything but lunch, come on!
Feel free to slip in just for your lunch break — we’d love that.
Bring something to share or your favorite meal to enjoy. We’ll gather around the table for connection, stories, and a mid-day reset.
**Afterglow
We’ll end with a simple reflection — what you LOVED and LEARNED — and share a short blessing. Leave with clarity for your next right step and that sweet feeling of having created…together.
Nudges for What to Bring
- A project you want to focus on
- Any creative tools to play or work with (collage, oil pastels, laptop, journal, an inspiring book)
- Noise-cancelling headphones if you want to lock in and create +/or work without background music or whispering voices
- One thing that’s lifted your spirits or gaze for our opening inspiration sesh
- Three things you need, hope for, or long for — practical or spiritual (we’ll listen, lift each other up, and see how our community might hold and help)
Who This is For
- Entrepreneurs, makers, writers, artists, students
- Volunteers, nonprofit leaders, ministers, caregivers
- Anyone craving focus with warmth, structure with freedom, and productivity with presence
Come solo or bring a friend (or 2!). Introverts and extroverts, seasoned pros and “just starting” — you belong.

FAQs
I don’t really have anything to work on or create. What can I do? Should I come?
Yes!
Bring a book. Your journal. A project you’ve been meaning to start. Or nothing at all.
You can take a walk around the neighborhood, rest, reflect, or simply enjoy being in a warm, creative space with others.
Bring your calendar, your kids’ schedules, your to-do list, or that one home/life/business thing you’ve needed focused time to get done.
Get ready to be surprised.
There is always something beautiful that unfolds when we gather.
Do I need to stay for the whole day?
Not at all.
This is a come-and-go gathering. Arrive and depart as you need. Come for the whole day, the morning, the afternoon, or just lunch.
Is this a quiet space or a social space?
Both — with gentle rhythms.
Most of the day is quiet, focused working or creating with soft music.
Connection pockets happen at the beginning, lunch, and Afterglow.
You’re free to slip into silence or conversation as serves you.
Can I come just for lunch?
Absolutely.
If you have only a lunch hour available, we’d love to have you join during that window.
Bring something to share or bring your own meal.
What should I bring?
Anything you want to focus on: a project, laptop, journal, creative tools, headphones, a book, or something soul-lifting for the opening inspiration session.
Also feel free to bring three needs/hopes/longings you’d like gentle support around — practical or spiritual.
Is this faith-based?
No, this is not part of our ROOTED (in Jesus) branch of Seeds’ gatherings. (Want more info about the ROOTED Branch? Email us!)
This is part of the beautyFULL, diverse community that IS Seeds, where we ALL are ALLways welcome.
