In January, 2006, I began Seeds of Exchange with a vision to foster community and support the enterprises and well-being of women globally. In the winter of 2006, I went for a rainy walk with my dear friend, Christy Graham, with whom I adventured in India for the first time as a teenager. While on this walk, she shared about her passion to create meaningful livelihoods for the women in her community in India – she just needed someone to help her sell the beautiful goods in the USA.

Since those days of hosting fair trade markets in our home, with a baby on my hip (Sophia…now 10 years old :), chai bubbling on the stove, much has shifted…and much has stayed the same. :)

It’s never boring, that’s for sure!
