Come on your own. Bring a friend. Bring your people. Truly—all are welcome.

You can dine for FREE—or donate whatever you’d like. That’s part of the beauty of Mary’s heart + the Sunday Salmon mission: removing barriers, pulling up more chairs + creating a table where everyone has a place.

And because gathering around a table is even sweeter after wandering outside together… come early and WALK with us!

We’ll meet nearby at 4 PM for an hour-long pre-Sunday Salmon stroll—a beautiful, communal, calm + conversational, choose-your-own-adventure walk together.

We’ll circle up, meet + greet one another, share a little blessing + easy-peasy prompt for our time, and then head out together. Walk as much or as little as you’d like, at whatever pace works for you.

Then we’ll head over to Sunday Salmon, meet up at 5:45 PM and gather around the table for dinner at 6 PM!

Mary’s Story + Heart

If you want to know a little more about why we love Mary + Sunday Salmon so darn much, you’ve got to hear her story.

What began as a simple meal around Mary’s own table has grown into something extraordinary: a place where anyone + everyone is invited to come, be nourished, connect + BELONG.

Mary’s journey hasn’t been easy. It has been marked by deep faith through real hardship. Through it all, she has been carried + sustained—and now she is extending a table wide enough for ALL.

While Mary’s faith has deeply shaped this vision, the table itself is not tied to any faith tradition. Sunday Salmon is a space where people from all walks of life are welcome.

No expectations.
No prerequisites.
No need to have it all together.

Just come. There’s a seat for you.

At its heart, Sunday Salmon is about so much more than a meal. It’s about connection + dignity + belonging. It’s about people who may never otherwise find themselves sitting beside one another sharing food, conversation, laughter + LIFE around the same table.

And goodness, we want to be part of THAT.
