Join us as you’re able on Thursday mornings—one of the big and beautyFULL heartbeats of the ROOTED (in Jesus) branch of Seeds of Exchange.
This is a simple, soul-refreshing time to connect with Jesus and each other—wherever you are, however you BE.
Each week, we open the Word, listen for God’s voice, and lift one another in prayer.
As we journey through this year, one thing is clear: we long to be saturated in prayer—individually and collectively. This weekly rhythm helps us stay grounded, connected, and reminded that we are not alone.
Come when you can.
Of course, the more regularly you’re able to join, the richer and more beautiful our communal rhythm becomes—sisters and brothers walking and praying together.

We take a PoP (Place of Pause) in our day, together—through Scripture, stillness, sharing, and prayer. Whether your heart is heavy with the weight of the world, spinning with a Rolodex of to-dos, filled with worry or wonder, deep joy or deep need—you are welcome here.
Come with whatever is on your heart—deep joy or heavy burdens.
