About This Gathering
You’re invited to the Beautiful Conference—a sacred space to encounter Jesus, be refreshed, and experience the beauty of belonging in community.
Hosted by our Denver home church, Pearl Church, and led by our beloved sister Donna Lasit and her dream team—women deeply on fire for Jesus and masters at creating rich, meaningful spaces to encounter Him.
The Beautiful Conference began in 2011 as a one-night gathering and has grown into a powerful three-day experience welcoming women, pastors, and leaders from across Denver and around the world. From online gatherings reaching thousands across multiple countries… to international expressions like Honduras with over 1,000 women—this movement continues to expand what God is doing through it.
At its heart, Beautiful is about one thing: encountering Jesus.
Through Spirit-led worship, powerful teaching, and intentional space to connect and reflect, women are invited to experience God’s presence in a deeply personal and transformative way.
Come expectant. Come as you are. Come ready to encounter Jesus.

We’re honored to gather with women who each carry a unique expression of God’s heart—leaders who create space for deep encounter, truth, and transformation:
Donna Lasit (Conference Host)
Founder of Pearl Church, Donna carries a deep passion for creating spaces where people can encounter Jesus in authentic and transformative ways.
Bianca Juárez (Guest Speaker)
Bianca brings a vibrant, joy-filled faith and a powerful voice that inspires women to live fully surrendered and confident in who God created them to be.
Havilah Cunnington (Guest Speaker)
Havilah is a dynamic teacher who equips women to walk in spiritual authority, hear God’s voice, and live with bold, anchored faith.
A Note from Sarah DT
Ohhh I would LOVE for you to join us—and truly, I don’t want you to miss this. And even more, I’d love for you to sit with us in our Seeds sistah section—there’s something so special about experiencing these moments side-by-side.
Come—step out of the beautyFULL fullness of daily life (work, family, friends, travel… all the things!) and into a sacred, set-apart space to slow down, breathe deep, and be refreshed. This is a little retreat in the middle of real life—a space to worship, pray, write, talk, laugh, cry, and simply be together as sisters.
Come fill up your cup. Come be poured into. Come be reminded of who you are and how deeply loved you are.
And here’s a little nudge… go ahead and pin this in. Pray about coming—and if you feel drawn, come. Do it! Don’t wait until the last minute. There’s something about having this on your calendar, looking forward to it, that begins to anchor your heart and fill you with anticipation.
I have a few ideas in mind for gathering for a meal or two after each of these beautiful days—so stay tuned! And be sure to let me know if you’re coming so I can include you in those invitations. 💛
